A jihadist website has posted a new audio message entitled “Time of the Strike.” The production is reportedly a collection of jihadist rants that urge jihad and fighting with a reproduction of old statements by Osama Bin Ladin, Ayman Al-Zawahiri, and other Al-Qa’ida leaders in between the chants claiming to be preparing an imminent attack on the U.S., intelligence experts say this is weak attempt to try to manipulate the electorate in the U.S.
