Office of Management and Budget director Peter Orszag directed Grants.gov to be upgraded. In a memo today, he also asked agencies to identify alternatives to Grants.gov, the government-wide grant application system, in case it cannot handle the expected workload. This is the first in a broad review of all federal systems that will be impacted by the stimulus bill. Federal News Radio’s Jason Miller joins us with details.
