The DorobekInsider is back from a week off — a simply remarkable Alaska cruise with my in-laws. No doubt about it — the 49th state is an amazing frontier. I’ll post a few photos when I’m fully back in the saddle again and I have downloaded and uploaded my photos. (I did post a few on Facebook and Twitter, but I’ll post a selection when I’m back in DC.)

What did I miss? (Are we still going on about Michael Jackson? Really? Ah – thank goodness I get to work for Federal News Radio 1500 AM, where we mentioned it on the day it happened, but… we’ve managed to avoid the 24X7 coverage… I am pulling together a round-up of what happened in the past week, so if there is something big that I should note, let me know.)
