The terrorist attacks of 9/11 happened eight years ago, and ever since then, people have been working to memorialize the events.
In New York, the process has been slow-going. Only 80 percent of the steel is in place for the construction of the National September 11 Memorial & Museum.
The Museum’s Senior Vice President Lynn Rasic explains why — and says the memorial isn’t set to open until 2011.
