National Archives closed on Saturday

The National Archives will be closed Saturday, December 19 due to impending snow

The National Archives will close its Washington, DC, building and its College Park, MD, facility, including staff offices, on Saturday, December 19, 2009, due to predicted heavy snow.

Both the research side and the museum in the National Archives Building will be closed.

Weather permitting, the museum will reopen on Sunday, December 20, 2009.
