Hurricane Earl is threatening the eastern shore this weekend and the government’s is really gearing up.
And Earl comes on the heels of remembrances of the five year anniversary of Hurricane Katrina, which blasted the Gulf Coast.
So what did the government learn from Hurricane Katrina? And are we better prepared now for a storm of that magnitude?
