    What is the new social learning? Host Chris Dorobek sits down with Tony Bringham and Marcia Conner, the authors of The New Social Learning: A Guide to Transforming Organizations Through Social Media.” Also joining him are Andrew Krzmarzick the community manager for GovLoop, Mark Oehlert the innovation evangelist at the Defense Acquisition University, and Debbie Well a Washington-based corporate social media consultant. Dorobek moderates the lively discussion.

    Does the Federal Career Intern Program violate hiring rules? The Merit Systems Protection Board thinks so and has put the program on hold. Tim McManus, vice president of education and outreach at the Partnership for Public Service, joined the DorobekINSIDER to discuss how the program works and the effect of the ruling.
