A former Defense contractor is facing 20 years in prison for taking information on military technology to China.

A former Defense contractor is facing 20 years in prison for taking information on military technology to China. Steve Liu is charged with exporting defense-related technical data without a license.

He was stopped by Customs and Boarder Patrol agents on his way back from China carrying folders with information on military weapons systems

ComputerWorld reports that Liu worked for L-3 Communications, and spoke at a conference on his visit to China
