Mike Herrinton is a partner in the Advisory Services practice of Ernst & Young LLP and is the Americas Federal Government Industry Leader for the global Ernst & Young organization. Mike is responsible for leading the talented team of Government & Public Sector professionals who make up the market segment to assist the federal government and its agencies in achieving their missions. In addition, Mike has helped numerous clients enhance and improve their business process internal controls and information technology (IT) functions. Mike has worked for EY for nearly 30 years and has more than 28 years of experience as a risk professional, bringing significant knowledge of auditing financial statements and complex, IT-enabled business processes, system implementations and IT general controls across a number of industries. Mike is one of EY’s most recognized professionals in process, risk and controls and helped develop and deploy the global organization’s Global Audit Methodology. Roberta J. Mourao is a principal in the Advisory Services practice of Ernst & Young LLP. Her experience spans the government sector and commercial industry in the areas of business process improvement, enterprise transformation, strategy and supply chain operations. Roberta has a passion for performance improvement and works with government agencies to help them efficiently and effectively achieve the delivery of their missions to citizens. Prior to EY, she was a partner with Accenture Federal Services, where she led Management Consulting for Human Services clients. Roberta started her career at General Electric, where she became part of Jack Welch’s legendary “workout initiative” and is a certified Lean Six Sigma black belt. Traci Lembke is a senior manager in Ernst & Young LLP’s Advisory Services, Government and Public Sector practice, and has 28 years of government law enforcement, project management and process improvement experience. For the past seven years, Traci has worked with Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) to develop strategic and operational initiatives. She advised the investigative processes and procedures for several divisions within Homeland Security Investigations, including the Cyber Crimes and the Financial, Narcotics and Special Operations Division. Traci was responsible for overseeing the Cyber Crimes Center, which combats transitional cybercrime and the criminal exploitation of the internet both domestically and internationally. She also served as an administrator for the Transnational Crime and Public Safety Division, which oversees the enforcement of US immigration and customs laws. In 2010, Traci received the Presidential Rank Award for Meritorious Service. This award is given to fewer than 5% of all federal Senior Service Executives in recognition for sustained superior accomplishments in management of programs of the US government and noteworthy achievement of quality and efficiency in the public sector.
