Chris Kuryak is the Chief Operating Officer at Recovers. Chris has experience helping organize community-level disaster relief on a large and small scale, including efforts after Hurricane Sandy, the Moore, OK tornadoes, and the Boles Fire. He holds a masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from MIT, where he performed clean energy research and was on the staff of the MIT Clean Energy Prize. Chris has a B.S. from the University of Texas at Austin and an affinity for doing back-of-the-envelope calculations in everyday life.
