Too Big to Watch?

The past year has seen some of the worst money moves and scandals in financial history. The collapse of the housing market, the financial bailout, AIG and Bernie Madoff. That has all put a focus on the regulatory agencies that are supposed to keep on eye on the markets, financial companies and individual investment advisors.
