The 2010 Nuclear summit is over. One the goals was tighter safeguards on government controlled nuclear materials to prevent them from ending up in the hands of terrorists groups like al Qaida. National Security Correspondent JJ Green speaks about it with terrorism expert David Kay in this week’s edition of The Hunt. While Kay says rogue organaizations have approached al Qaida claiming the ability to deliver nuclear materials, they haven’t been successful.
