New Interior ethics policy explained

Sex scandals, conflicts of interest, and the BP oil spill have all plagued the Minerals Management Service over the past few years. But now, under a new name, the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management, Regulation and Enforcement, the agency has enacted a new ethics policy.
