Stop-loss allows the military to extend service members’ tours of duty beyond their end-of-term service date. The Retroactive Stop-Loss Special Pay deadline has been extended through December 3rd, but not all service members are applying for the special pay. Bear Hebert is the Acting Director of Officer and Enlisted Personnel Management at DOD.
