The Senate has passed a bill to crack down on management problems at Arlington National Cemetery. The bill requires the Army to report whether the graves are properly marked and to fix errors. GovExec reports the bill requires the Army Secretary to report to Congress on progress to reform management. A criminal investigation found eight sets of cremated remains in one burial plot.
