GSA Administrator Martha Johnson wants to cut through the red tape and bring people together to solve problems. The technique is called a SLAM. Nobody leaves the room until the issue is resolved. This week GSA held a FAR slam to make the Federal Acquisition Regulation easier to understand and use. GSA, Homeland Security and NASA were all involved.
