How the budget cap would hit your agency

House Republicans are proposing to cut $32 billion dollars from agency budgets over the next few months. They want to do it by capping discretionary budget authority for 2011 at just over $1 trillion dollars. This is one of many ideas floating around to reduce the deficit.
