Cyber attackers have the edge. That’s what leading government cyber experts had to say at a recent cyber conference. Threats have evolved from catchy-named viruses to attacks on power grids and bank accounts. NextGov reports a new department of Homeland Security report says that the government needs to be more pro-active in dealing with cyber threats, and needs to work more closely with industry to prevent attacks.
