Camber Corp. has acquired EADS North America Defense Security and Systems Solutions. The company provides cybersecurity, information assurance, IT and secure satellite communications services to the Defense Department and Joint Command communities. Its customers include the Air Force, Navy, Strategic Command, National Guard Bureau, Veterans Affairs Department, and Defense Contracting Management Agency. Washington Technology reports the financial terms weren’t disclosed. The move strengthens Camber’s cybersecurity offerings and deepens its National Security Group’s cybersecurity support.
