DoD wants system to replay cyber attacks

The Defense Department is asking researchers to build a system that can replay cyber attacks. The goal is to enhance training and cyber situational awareness.

DoD wants the end product to work for both the government and commercial sector. It’ll begin accepting proposals on Aug. 27.
