May 28, 2014 — This week on “Your Turn” , Debra Roth, partner at Shaw, Bransford & Roth, talks about what feds should know when their agencies are being investigated. She tells us what she thinks about the VA situation and what feds, in any agency, can expect when the going gets tough.

As a top federal employment attorney, Roth has been through many investigations and handled lots of very heavy cases.

Later in the show, Office of Personnel Management Director Katherine Archuleta discusses what’s happening inside government.

She talks about the state of the civil service, where it’s going, including the status of the retirement-claims backlog and the pending phased-retirement program.

Archuleta also joined Federal News Radio for an online chat, an archive of which can be found here.
