December 17, 2010 — Federal workforce issues have become a hot topic on Capitol Hill. Many recent legislative proposals have included pay freezes, cuts to the size of the workforce, and reductions of agency budgets. But along with the bad comes the good – telework, enhanced whistleblower protections, and a payroll tax holiday.
