Keeping the talent the government has will require every tool in the toolbelt, according to Federal HR pros. That’s why the Office of Personnel Management and the White House are supporting HR 2517, the “Domestic Partnership Benefits & Obligations Act of 2009.” OPM Director John Berry was among the witnesses to testify about the bill last week at a hearing of the House Oversight Subcommittee on the Federal Workforce.
