You’re being asked to do more with less. And agencies are looking to save money by taking advantage of innovative ideas.

In Depth talks to Kara O’Sullivan, associate director for the Innovations in Government program at Harvard Kennedy School.

Also, the Department of Veterans Affairs is putting talk of innovation into action, developing a model for improving ethics in organizations. It’s called Integrated Ethics. The idea is just one of the TOP 25 Innovation in Government awards put on by the Ash Center for Democratic Governance. Dr. Ellen Fox is the chief Ethics in Health Care Officer at the VA.
