Navy’s virtual scavenger hunt measures engagement

You need to make sure your agency is constantly looking for ways to better accomplish its mission. The Navy recently held a virtual scavenger hunt to chart fan interest.

Lesley Lykins is the Director of Emerging Media Integration for the Navy Office of Information. She told Federal News Radio how the scavenger hunt worked, what they learned from it and what they have planned for the future of this program.
