  • The deal is done on the debt limit, and yet there are still so many questions without answers, that it doesn’t really feel like anything is done. Federal News Radio Senior Correspondent Mike Causey’s column today is telling you to get back to work, try to resume your normal life.
  • Almost two weeks ago, the authorization bill that gives the Federal Aviation Administration its authority to operate expired. Ever since then, almost four-thousand feds and untold thousands of contractors have been sitting on the sidelines, waiting for Congress to act. As of today, it looks like they’re in for several more weeks of waiting. Federal News Radio’s Jared Serbu has details.
  • The General Services Administration has awarded a new governmentwide contract for small disadvantaged businesses. The IT G-WAC should be up and running by mid-August. Federal News Radio’s Emily Kopp has details.
