Agencies consider privacy training after TRICARE data breach

Agencies are looking to take precautions so they don’t have a data theft incident like the TRICARE data theft, Next Gov reports.

The Defense Department, the General Service Administration and NASA want contractors who keep federal records with personal information to take privacy training.

The training would show how to handle personal information, government records and show restrictions on how the data is stored.
