USCIS Transformation program faces speed bumps

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, part of the Homeland Security Department, is struggling with its $1.7 billion project to digitize the manual review of applications.

The agency has run into speed bumps from the gate.

Katherine Peters, the executive editor of Nextgov, joined In Depth with Francis Rose to discuss the troubles USCIS is having with its digitizing program — known as Transformation.
