Obama’s reorg effort sure to face congressional fire

President Barack Obama’s initiative to streamline federal agencies is under way. Nearly a dozen agencies have begun a pilot program to combine and streamline missions.

But the broader reorganization plan is already facing some criticism in Congress.

Tom Shoop, the editor-in-chief of Government Executive magazine, joined In Depth with Francis Rose to discuss the plan’s likelihood of actually moving forward.
