Ms. Hayes frequently speaks on procurement and policy issues facing the Federal Small Business Community and on issues in the procurement community relative to the use of small businesses and the small business set-aside program. Ms. Hayes is a 2004 Graduate of the Industry Advisory Council Partner’s Program. She proudly served in the Military Intelligence Corps of the US Army and is a Service-Connected Disabled Veteran.
