There have been so many changes in the procurement environment in the past 12 months — and most people expect more changes in the coming year. On Thursday, AFFIRM will hold a panel of procurement experts looking at the changes ahead. That panel will be moderated by Robert Burton, the former administrator of the Office of Federal Procurement Policy. He is now a partner with the Venable law firm.
