Under the deal, these 20 vendors — a combination of large and small businesses — will compete for task orders to provide all aspects of the systems development lifecycle, including IT planning, program support, systems configuration management, user training, cybersecurity, technology infusion and many other functions.
ITSS-4 is a one-year base contract with six one-year options, and replaces ITSS-3, which included 12 vendors competing for task orders under 32 labor categories.
Justice kicked off the initial competition in October 2009 to replace its ITSS-3 contract with a request for information and issued the formal request for proposals in March 2010.
The winners of ITSS-4 are:
Accenture National Security Services
Ace Info Solutions, Inc.
Booz Allen Hamilton
Perot Systems Government Services
General Dynamics IT
HP Enterprise Services
