This week on “Off the Shelf”, Casey Kelley – program manager, John Cavadias – contracting officer, and Richard Blake – senior technical advisor, from GSA’s Alliant 2 management team discusses the overall acquisition strategy, goals and opportunities for the Alliant 2 follow-on procurement.

Valued at over $65 billion in potential information technology services over the next decade, Kelley and his team discuss, among other things, the evaluation methodology, the scope of work, the role of leading edge technologies and the nexus between Alliant 2 Unrestricted and Alliant 2 Small Business.

The team also provides insights regarding the outreach and feedback it received from industry and customer agencies in shaping the current draft RFP.
