This week on “Off the Shelf”, Rob Coen, director the of NIH Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC), provides an update on NITAAC’s portfolio of government -wide contract vehicles highlighting its new Assisted Services Support for customer agencies utilizing CIO-SP3, CIO-SP3 Small Business and CIO-CS.

He also discussed “NITAAC in Your Pocket” functionality supporting both customer agencies and contractors.

In addition, Coen addressed NITAAC’s role in category management and how NITAAC is delivering value-added IT solutions to meet agency needs. Finally, he provides an update on NITAAC’s small business performance and future opportunities.
