Bloomberg Government’s Director of Research Robert Litan and Lead Analyst Tony Costello will discuss the implications of federal deficit reduction.
  • FERC Order 1000 is a landmark ruling that changes the planning and payment process for new electric transmission lines. It will also open the door for independent developers to compete with traditional utilities.
