IN this round BGOV Senior Budget Analyst Cameron Leuthy lays out what could be $1.6 billion dollars worth of cuts for Labor-HHS and Education. Partisanship plays a part in determining the outcome of certain programs as even troubled programs may find themselves too popular to cut.
  • Tech orders worth $4.1 billion expiring through fiscal 2016 on four government-wide acquisition contracts, or GWACs — GSA’s Millennia, Millennia Lite, ANSWER and COMMITS NexGen. BGOV Federal Business Intelligence Analyst Brian Friel examines the money migration to Alliant and Alliant Systems and passes along helpful advice for bidders.
