In all this talk of reducing your carbon footprint we typically look at our giant gas guzzling vehicles. Thoughts turn to a more environmentally friendly hybrid vehicle, one that produces far less or in some cases no carbon dioxide. Contractors stung by sequestration would see some relief under the Senate immigration bill, which would boost border security spending by 82 percent, according to a Bloomberg Government estimate.
