Riddle has nearly two decades of experience in leading complex information technology organizations. He came to GPO from the United States Department of Agriculture Food Safety Inspection Service where he worked for five years, most recently serving as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). In this position Mr. Riddle planned, managed and executed an annual IT budget of $76 million and supported over 9,000 employees nationwide. Prior to becoming CTO, he served as the Associate Chief Information Officer for Business Applications and the Associate Chief Information Officer for Infrastructure Operations. Riddle also held various IT related positions at Booz Allen Hamilton, Better World Telecom, Cable and Wireless, NETtel Communications and Keystone Communications.

Riddle earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from George Mason University and his Master’s Degree in Business from Johns Hopkins University, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He was a recipient of the Federal Computer Week “Top 100 Federal Employee” award in 2007, and a graduate of the Federal Executive Institute’s Leadership for a Democratic Society program.
