Director, Global Practices,U.S. Public Sector, Enterprise Services, Hewlett- Packard Company Stacy Cleveland is the Director of the Workload and Cloud Solution Practice, and leads the seven regional practices for the U.S. Public Sector, HP Enterprise Services (HPES). In this capacity, she is responsible for driving growth by establishing competitive service offerings tailored to the unique requirements of the public sector market. Her focus is to expand HP’s public sector market share in the New Style of IT business, with an emphasis on cloud and traditional hosting solutions. She is a member of the American Council for Technology (ACT)-Industry Advisory Council (IAC), a public-private partnership between government and industry leaders, and chairs their Cloud Working Group, formed to accelerate the adoption of cloud solutions within the federal government. Cleveland joined HP in 1985 and has held a progression of technical leadership and executive roles in the commercial and public sectors. Her responsibilities have included account leadership, strategic sales support, and offering development with key accomplishments in account management, client satisfaction, project turnaround, new sales capture and service line development. Cleveland has led HPES’ business with the Departments of Homeland Security and Justice, and was the program director for a large-scale transformation service delivery project for the federal government’s E-Gov Travel program. As director, she led the development of market, offering, business model and delivery strategies to meet the requirements of Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12, calling for mandatory standards for secure and reliable forms of identification for federal employees. Cleveland holds a B.S. in business administration from Michigan Technological University in Houghton, Mich. She and her family live in Leesburg, Va.
