Computers have changed how Americans do almost everything. And they are also changing national security.

That according to James Carafano, senior research fellow for the Heritage Foundation.

He has written a pieces titled “Social Networking and National Security: How to Harness Web 2.0 to Protect the Country” and he joins us to talk about it.
