Judicial branch lags in transparency

Princeton computer scientist Harlan Yu explains why the judicial branch is struggling to be more transparent.

Open government tends to focus on the executive and legislative branches, but what about the judicial branch? But new research shows the court system is not as open and transparent as you might think.
