UN endorses global ‘CyberLympics’

The first \"CyberLympics\" — a global cybersecurity challenge — will launch this September, spanning six continents competing for $400,000 in prizes.

Imagine if the U.S. Cyber Challenge were crossed with the Olympics. The United Nations has endorsed a new competition to be just that. The first Global “CyberLympics” will begin this September, spanning six continents. Teams from around the world will compete at regional events before the world championships are held early next year. They will compete for $400,000 in prizes.
