Unisys received a materials task order to provide support services to the Centers for Disease Control’s Information Technology Services Office, according to a Unisys release.

The task order has one base year and two one-year options and is worth up to $10.2 million, and the estimated value for each year is about the same, the release said.

“Unisys will install, design, develop, configure and maintain hardware and software supporting all aspects of CDC’s public health mission,” the release said.

The company also helped CDC becomes one of the first data centers to be ISO/IEC 20000 compliant.

“We intend to bring the same dedication to quality and efficiency to the new ITSO IT Support Services program.”” said Anthony Hess, managing partner of civilian agencies at Unisys Federal Systems, in the release.
