The United States and the United Kingdom top the list of nations that wield the most cyber power, says a new study. Researchers with Booz Allen Hamilton and the Economist Intelligence Unit say the two partner countries have developed the best ability to withstand cyberattacks and develop strong digital economies.

The U.K. tops the rest of the Group of 20 nations. That puts the U.S. in the number two spot on the Cyber Power Index, according to Cyberhub.com. The index rates countries on their regulatory frameworks, economic and social issues, technology infrastructure and industry.
