Northrop Grumman teaming with academia to solve cyber problems

The company is announcing the Cyber Security Research Consortium, in conjunction with three educational institutions.

“On Monday, Northrop Grumman announced the creation of the Northrop Grumman Cyber Security Research Consortium (NGCSRC). He says the consortium is designed to discover ‘leap ahead technologies’ to give business, government, and individual users an edge over hackers and others who would want to exploit the holes in the network at large.”
