DHS starts ‘see something say something’ program

Homeland Security officials say for terrorists, the allure of federal facilities is still strong, and growing. This week, DHS is implementing a new program designed to get feds who work in those facilities to report suspicious activity. Federal News Radio’s Jared Serbu shares details of the new program.
