Causey: Dangers of being a government worker

Federal News Radio\'s Mike Causey tells describes the physical dangers of being a fed and what precautions they can take.

The shootings in Arizona are the latest example of the potential dangers of being a government worker. Protecting workers has become a major challenge facing agencies.

A Government Accountability Office report in August found security breaches and acts of violence remain a “daunting challenge” for the Department of Homeland Security’s Federal Protective Service.

So how safe do feds feel at work? Senior Correspondent Mike Causey says Arizona is not the only place where feds are targeted.
