• The Office of Personnel Management will give federal health insurance providers a gentle push tomorrow through its annual call letter. OPM Director John Berry says the changes are part of a broader innovation agenda his agency is pursuing to lower the costs of health insurance for employees. • The Postal Service announced plans today to cut 7,500 jobs, following up on plans that Postmaster General Patrick Donahoe first announced in January, to create a leaner, flatter, more efficient management structure. WFED’s Jared Serbu has the details.
