Reporters’ Roundup: Changes to HCAAF, DoD-VA disability review system

These are the stories Federal News Radio reporters are working on today.

• The Office of Personnel Management is considering relaxing HCAAF–the human capital assessment and accountability framework. The change would give agencies more flexibility to manage their workforce. WFED’s Emily Kopp has the story.
• The Pentagon and the VA have been working on a new joint system for evaluating servicemembers disabilities since 2007. One senior military officer says VA has lived up to its end of the bargain, while DoD has fallen behind. WFED’s Jared Serbu has the story.
