Russia is officially pointing the finger at the United States and Israel for the Stuxnet virus.

The AFP News Service reports Russian foreign ministry security department chief Ilya Rogachyov called Stuxnet “the only proven case of actual cyber-warfare,” according to CIO.com.

Many cyber experts think Israel was behind the malware, possibly with some help from the U.S. But Rogachyov’s comments were the first official statement from Russia blaming the U.S. and Israel.
